HANDY TIPS

The World Health Organization gives you tips to reduce your chances of being infected or spreading COVID-19 by taking some simple precautions. Here you can find these tips.

Tips are in all countries the same. Here are a few tips that works the best!

  1. Wash your hands regularly.
  2. Keep distance to one another (1.5 metres).
  3. Use disposable tissues, no handkerchiefs.
  4. Work from home as much as possible.
  5. Stay at home as much as possible.
  6. Do not meet a lot of people.

And some tips to keep it fun!

  1. Play games with the people you live with.
  2. FaceTime or call with your friends/family.
  3. Read that book/watch the movie you always wanted to read, but had no time for.
  4. Start thinking about your life; are you happy with your life or do you want to change something when the lockdown is over?
  5. If you are able to, do some sports outside. Come up with your own workout and challenge your friends (or just go walking if you don't like to sport).
